Planning and Bookings

  • Our process begins with complimentary consultation to understand your travel goals, preferences, and budget. Upon confirmation of planning services, we will provide you with a detail itinerary plan for your travel. Once the itinerary has been finalized, we will handle all bookings and logistics.

    If you are looking for hotel bookings only, we will provide you with a hotel quote with 48 hours upon inquiry. 

  • We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers or crypto-currency payment options. Hotel only reservations can be paid at reception during check-in. We can also process prepayments in all forms of payments (i.e credit card or cryptocurrency options) to ensure you have a seamless check-in process.

  • Yes, absolutely! When booking through us, you will still accrue loyalty membership points and qualifying nights with most major hotel loyalty programs, ensuring you continue to enjoy the rewards of your membership while also benefiting from the exclusive perks we provide.

  • Yes, you’ll still receive the perks and benefits associated with your loyalty membership when booking through BonnVoyage Travel. Additionally, as a preferred partner, we can often provide exclusive perks—such as room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, resort credits, and other benefits—these will be combinable with your loyalty privileges. By booking through a trusted travel advisor and being a loyal member, you’ll significantly increase your chances of receiving upgrades and special treatment during your stay. This combination ensures you enjoy an enhanced stay overall rather than booking on your own.

  • Hotel only bookings are complimentary when made through BonnVoyage Travel, ensuring you receive exclusive perks and benefits at no extra cost.Planning fees will apply for full itinerary planning and concierge services. These fees are based on the complexity and scope of your trip, and we’ll provide a clear outline before beginning the planning process.

  • Absolutely! Whether it’s a multi-city European adventure, a family reunion in a luxury villa, a corporate retreat, or wedding bookings we specialize in handling complex itineraries.

  • While we recommend planning in advance, we can assist with last-minute travel depending on availability and your destination.

    Full itinerary planning with less than 14 days to the travel date will be subject to additional rush fees
